Desktop Support Engineer

Job Summary:

The Desktop Support Engineer will provide technical support to all users within the organization, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing installations and updates, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of computer systems, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:

1. Provide first technical support to end-users.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
3. Perform system installations, configurations, and updates.
4. Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions using a ticketing system.
5. Document procedures for troubleshooting and maintenance.
6. Develop and update technical documentation and user guides.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Fresher or experience in a desktop support or similar role.
